The Monthly Shoot
Your best marketing happens on the jobsite. Nobody is filming it.
Monthly video production for Tulsa and Oklahoma City trade companies. One shoot day a month at your site, and a month of ready-to-post video in your hands within two weeks. We film. That is the whole business.
- In business since2014
- Videos delivered1,700+
- Liability coverage$1M / $2M
- DronePart 107
Most trade companies have the same three options.
None of them are good, which is why so many yards full of great footage never get filmed.
Somebody’s nephew with a phone
Free, and it looks free. He shows up when he can. Six weeks go by and nothing gets posted. You stop asking.
The full marketing agency
Five to ten thousand a month. You get a website you did not need, SEO you cannot verify, a business coach, and video as the sixth item on the list. You pay for all of it to get one of it.
Nothing at all
Where most companies land, because the first two really are the choices. Meanwhile your crews do something worth filming every single day.
The Monthly Shoot is the fourth option.
A camera crew that shows up on a schedule and hands you finished video, month after month. No website. No ad spend. No coaching seat. Just the part you actually needed, at a price that is not hiding five other line items.
Every month, the same four things.
This is a cadence, not a project. You should be able to plan around it without calling us.
- 01
A shoot day at your siteJobs in progress, crews working, the install, the equipment, the before and after. We film your actual work. No scripts, no hired actors, no studio.
- 02
Vertical video, captioned and sizedCut for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and paid social. Named and organized in a folder so whoever posts for you can work through it in minutes.
- 03
Finished videos within two weeksTwo weeks from the shoot day the whole batch is cut, captioned, and in your hands. Fast enough that the job is still current when it posts.
- 04
Drone when the site calls for itFlown by a licensed Part 107 pilot on our team, not a hobbyist. Roofs, yards, large installs, and progress on a build.
Four steps, and you only do the first one once.
- Step A
We walk your siteAn hour with you, one time, before the first shoot. We look at what you actually do and figure out what is worth filming. Most owners have never been asked this and it is usually the most useful hour of the whole thing.
- Step B
We show upSame week every month, scheduled with you. Your crews keep working. We stay out of the way and we know how to behave on a jobsite.
- Step C
You get it within two weeksCaptioned, sized, named, and in a folder, two weeks from the shoot day. One or two rounds of changes depending on your plan.
- Step D
You post itOr hand it straight to whoever runs your ads and your website. We do not touch that side, and we are not trying to.
Three sizes. Posted, not negotiated.
You should know what this costs before you spend twenty minutes on the phone finding out. Every plan is the same system. The only thing that changes is how many days we are on your site.
Half Day
- One half day on site, up to four hours
- 6 vertical videos, captioned and sized
- Finished videos within two weeks
- One round of changes
Full Day
companies start
- One full day on site, up to eight hours
- 12 vertical videos, captioned and sized
- One 60 to 90 second piece each quarter for your site or your ads
- Drone included when the site calls for it
- Finished videos within two weeks
- Two rounds of changes
Two Days
- Two shoot days on site each month
- 20 vertical videos, captioned and sized
- One 60 to 90 second piece every month
- Drone included
- Photo stills pulled from every shoot
- Finished videos within two weeks
- Two rounds of changes, plus a quarterly planning call
Three month minimum, then month to month. Thirty days notice to cancel, no penalty. No setup fee and no onboarding fee. If a month gets away from you, the shoot day rolls for sixty days. Tulsa and Oklahoma City metro, and there are no travel charges inside that. Bigger one-off work such as a brand film, a recruiting video, or a safety film is quoted separately, and clients on a plan get first call on the calendar.
What we do not do.
Most shops will not put this in writing. We would rather you know now than find out in month three.
- Not us
We do not build your websiteIf yours needs work, we will tell you and we will tell you who in town does it well. We will not quote it.
- Not us
We do not run your SEO or your ad spendIf you already have somebody on it, good. We hand them footage every month and stay out of their way. Nobody has to buy anything twice.
- Not us
We do not sell coaching or a mastermind seatYou run a trade business. You do not need a marketing company teaching you how.
- Not us
We do not promise you leadsVideo is one part of a bigger plan. It is the part people remember, and it is the part almost nobody has. Anyone who tells you a video is the reason the phone rang is selling something.
A Tulsa crew, not a login to a dashboard.
Intent Productions has been shooting in Tulsa since 2014, with about 1,700 videos in the library. We have worked on active construction sites for Kiewit, inside plants and facilities for Filtrex Service Group, OGI, and Pyrotek, and around town for the John Hope Franklin Center and Northside Neighbors. You get the same crew month after month, so they learn your operation instead of relearning it every visit.
National agencies sell this same service and then subcontract the camera to whoever answers in your area, or they fly someone in and bill you for it. That is the part of their model that does not survive a jobsite in Oklahoma.
- General liability, $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
- Workers compensation carried on our crew
- Certificate of insurance sent before the first shoot, named however your GC needs it
- FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot on staff
- Office at 525 S. Main St., Suite 307, downtown Tulsa
- Twelve years of Oklahoma work and references you can call

If your crews work out of a shop and drive to a jobsite, this was built for you. Video production for contractors is most of what we do, and these are the towns we reach without charging you a travel day.

Need something bigger than monthly content? We also handle construction video production, crew days for out-of-town brands and agencies, and full brand films. One-off project pricing is laid out in our Tulsa video production cost guide.
Two trades, three cuts.
A lawn care company and a commercial mechanical contractor. Real crews, real sites, no actors. Both of these were one-off projects. The Monthly Shoot is the same crew and the same approach, put on a schedule.
Wells LandcareThe full spot, built around crews at work and finished properties.
Wells, short cutThe same campaign cut down for paid social. One shoot, more than one deliverable.
Filtrex Service GroupA national mechanical contractor we have shot for over several years. Read the case study.
The questions we actually get.
How much does video production cost for a contractor in Tulsa?
For ongoing monthly work the rate card above is the whole answer: $1,500, $3,000, or $5,500 a month depending on how many days we are on your site. One-off projects such as a brand film or a recruiting video are quoted separately and generally start around $3,500. There is a full breakdown on our Tulsa video production cost guide.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Most of what we shoot is crews working, equipment running, and finished jobs. If you want to be on camera we will make it painless and you will not have to memorize anything. The system works either way.
What happens if it rains on our shoot day?
We move it. The day is scheduled with you, not dropped on you, and weather is part of the job in Oklahoma.
Who actually posts the videos?
You do, or whoever handles your social media. We deliver everything captioned, sized, and named so it takes minutes instead of an afternoon. If you would rather someone else post it, we will point you to people who do that well.
Do we own the videos?
You get a license to use every finished video, forever, anywhere you want, including in paid ads. The raw footage stays with us, which is standard and is how we keep the price where it is. We also keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio. If a job needs to stay private, tell us up front and we will write that into the agreement.
Can we cancel?
After the three month minimum, thirty days notice and you are done. No penalty and no clawback. Three months exists because one month of content is not a fair test of anything.
Why does video only cost close to what a full agency charges for everything?
Because it is not the same video. A full service shop spreads that retainer across a website, SEO, ad management, social, and coaching, and video is whatever is left. All of ours goes into what gets shot and how it gets cut. If you want the other five things, hire somebody good for them. We will work alongside them.
Do you work outside Tulsa and OKC?
This system is built for the two metros so we can get to you without travel days, which is what keeps it affordable. Outside of that, ask. We shoot all over the state and we will quote it honestly.
What if we need something bigger than a monthly shoot?
Brand films, recruiting videos, safety films, event coverage, and livestreams are quoted separately. Companies on a monthly plan get first call on our calendar and a better rate on the day.
Start with a walk of your site.
Fifteen minutes on the phone first. If it sounds like a fit, we come out and walk your yard or a job in progress and tell you exactly what we would film. No charge for that, and no slide deck.
Or skip the form and call 918.671.2991.
You get the owner on the first call.
Eric Sanders runs the first call himself. Not a sales rep working off a script, and not a form that disappears into a queue. Twelve years of this in Tulsa. If it is not a fit you will know inside of fifteen minutes and neither of us will have wasted an afternoon.
The Monthly Shoot is a video production service of Intent Productions LLC, filming in Tulsa since 2014. Serving the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metro areas. We are a video production company. We do not sell website, SEO, or advertising services.
