Case Study: Events & Livestreams

Case Study · Events & Livestreams

Live means no second takes. Good.

Build in Tulsa runs pitch nights where founders get one shot in front of a room full of investors. Three events in, Intent is the team they hand the stream to, because it works every time and the videos land in their inbox the next morning.

  • Anchor client Build in Tulsa
  • Format Multi-camera livestream + event films
  • Events together Three pitch nights and counting
  • Turnaround Final cuts next morning

The challenge

A live event is the one production category where “we’ll fix it in post” doesn’t exist. Build in Tulsa’s pitch nights carry real stakes: founders pitching for their future, investors watching remotely, and a program whose credibility rides on the night looking professional. They needed multi-camera coverage, a clean stream, and per-founder pitch videos each founder could actually use afterward.

What we do for them

At the Female Founders Pitch Night in May 2026, we ran multi-camera coverage and delivered the full event film plus six individual founder pitch videos by the next morning. Every founder walked away with a polished asset for their fundraise, and Build in Tulsa got a complete record of the night without chasing anyone for weeks. That’s the third pitch night we’ve covered, and the setup practically builds itself now. The same live crew covers town halls, conferences, and multi-venue forums across Tulsa, with graphics and multistreaming to any platform.

The results

Three for three on flawless streams, next-morning delivery every time, and a client who now books us for the season instead of the event. When your live moment only happens once, the result that matters is a partner you don’t have to think about while it’s happening.

What this means for you

If you’re booking coverage for an event, ask every vendor two questions: what happens when something fails mid-stream, and when do I get the footage? Our answers are “we’ve built the redundancy so you won’t find out” and “tomorrow morning.” Everything else is camera specs.
